A Semana Santa está a chegar ao fim. O último ato é o Domingo de Páscoa. Uma festa religiosa com muita tradição onde a Vila de Óbidos é “rainha”, pois é um dos melhores cartéis que ela oferece. É uma celebração com mais de 400 anos de existência. Tratasse de uma festividade religiosa importante para a comunidade local, mas não só, este invento atrai milhares de peregrinos e turistas que presenciam às magníficas cerimónias. Este ano podemos encontrar programas culturais como procissões, concertos de música, exposições, entre outros. Venha assistir a este “Espetáculo Religioso” que a Vila de Óbidos lhe oferece.

Holy Week is coming to an end. The last act is Easter Sunday. A religious party with a lot of tradition where the village of Óbidos is "queen", it is one of the best cartels that the village offers. It is a celebration with more than 400 years of existence. It is a religious festival important to the local community, but not only, this festival attracts thousands of pilgrims and tourists who witness the magnificent ceremonies. This year we can find cultural programs as processions, music concerts, exhibitions, among others. Come watch this " Religious Party" which the village of Obidos offers.

PARIS | Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation | Frank Gehry

Frank Gehry is designing a new art center in Paris for luxury goods company Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy. The $127 million project, to be called the Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation, will be located in the Bois de Boulogne, a large park just to the west of the city.

The foundation will “open a dialogue with wider audiences,” says company chairman Bernard Arnault, who initiated the project. LVMH already has an art gallery on the top floor of its new store on the Champs Elysées, and has hosted exhibitions at Paris’s Pompidou Center, Palais de Tokyo, and Grand Palais. The building is scheduled to open in late 2013. Sixty-five thousand square feet of exhibition space will contain modern and contemporary art, as well as original commissions produced specifically for the space. These items will likely be themed around LVMH products and symbols. The center will also contain spaces for research, documentation, and teaching.
